2 issues there…firstly if they aren’t being clear who they are, that could be seen as not complying with the Openness condition.

Secondly, they can call you once, but if you say no/object to be being called, they MUST stop calling you. If it continues, complain to their Information Officer, a reputable company will have that information on their website.
